As we already reported our SC 2001 Vistula Rebels took on a challenge to travel to Belize to play against their National Women teams. A very hectic schedule, extremely high temperatures, thousands of miles flown and hundreds driven – but at the end great performances by our girls. Our girls grew from game to game and secured their place in the history by accomplishing several things for the first time in the history of the club. Claudia Iwinski scored the first goal for our club playing against the National Team and the girls collectively are going to be remember as the first SC Vistula team that won against the National Team. Girls – we are very proud of you. We know you gave it all you had. We know that you played like all Vistula teams should – one for all and all for the club!!! That is the way to make your mark in the history!!! That is the way to play with the white star on your chest after listening to the National Anthem at the beginning of the game. Bravo Dziewczyny!!!
