Polish Boys born in 2009 and 2008 from New York and New Jersey celebrated the National Independence Day by playing the first interstate duel between NJ and NY. Team from the Garden State emerged victorious by 5 goals to 2. Coaches Sala and Zagorski based their squad on current and former SC Vistula players as well as PDA’s Carson Bochenek, who debuted in the Polish National Team earlier this year. We hope this is the beginning of a new tradition and await the rematch in Garfield next year. Alex Lyszczarczyk (aka Lyzka) was named the MVP of the game.
