Special Easter Wishes from Father Marcin Kuperski.
Dear PDA / SC Vistula families,
You might remember that a few months ago, we asked you to help a friend in need. We collected funds for a very needed, but also very expensive treatment for Father Marcin. We are, over the moon, happy to let you know that Father Marcin is undergoing the treatment that was made possible, thanks to (among others) families and friends of our club. Below please see the letter and Easter wishes from Father Marcin. It is great to know that we made a difference.
My Dear Friends at PDA / SC Vistula,
As we prepare to celebrate Holy Week , we enter a sacred time of reflection, renewal, and profound gratitude for Christ’s journey to the cross and resurrection.
Holy Week and Easter Sunday invites us to walk more closely with Christ, embracing His humility, mercy, and unwavering love. It is a moment to renew our faith, deepen our trust in God’s plan, and recommit ourselves to living out the Gospel in our daily lives.
Easter is a special moment to express appreciation and gratitude. I’m so grateful for your generosity and appreciate all that you have done to me.
I’m deeply grateful for your faithful support. Your generosity reflects the very spirit of this holy season—bringing hope, compassion, and the love of Christ to me and to those in need.
Because of your help and support I was able to start a new therapy. I have taken six doses of a new medicine. And if everything goes well, I will remain in this therapy for the next 5 years. We managed to collect 36% of the required amount, for which I am grateful to each of you with all my heart.
I cannot thank you enough. Words cannot express how much your help means to me.
This is an uncertain journey that I have to walk but knowing that you will be next to me along the way puts my mind at peace. Your kindness has made a huge impact on my life and I cannot thank you enough for all that you’ve done for me.
May this Easter Sunday fill your heart with peace, faith, strength and love. Wishing you abundant blessings as we journey together toward the joy of Easter.
With Sincere Gratitude,
Fr. Marcin.
Ps. I hope and I am waiting for the moment when we will play again.
