We had a pleasure to host the teams of Gornik Zabrze, Stal Rzeszow and “Sweet Poland” in Garfield last week. They came here to see the beauty of NYC and play in our tournament. All teams have won their tournament brackets, but the games were challenging. It still showed us where we need to be to consider ourselves good in what we do. But the most important part was the experience, camaraderie and feeling that we can be “One soccer family”. Passionate yet respectful, competitive yet kind, different yet same. Special thanks to all that made this possible. People in Poland and in the USA on the field and behind the scenes. Soccer speaks the same language all over the world. It is good to be able to speak it and understand it.
