This team seems like any other, but they are not. All the players are diabetic. This doesn’t stop them from playing the sport they love and competing at the high level. They travel with doctors and nurses, they need to monitor their sugar level during the games, but it doesn’t stop them from doing what they love. They travel the world and play teams like PSG, Barcelona, Manchester United, Ajax Amsterdam and many more. Last week they were in Garfield and played in our tournament. If they can – we all can. No reason to complain. Count your blessing and get to work. Thank you Sweet Poland for showing us the way!!!
