Last weekend was the annual soccer celebration for Polish-Americans. The annual tournament of Kazimierz Deyna took place in Garfield.
It was a great year for SC Vistula. Our team in the Open Category won the competition without letting the opponents a single goal. No wonder that most of the individual accolades went to our players.
Chris Kondratowicz was named the best player, Paul Lee was the top scorer and Anthony Caruso was picked as the best goalkeeper. Congratulations to all!!! Our team is pictured here with Red Bull striker and a great friend of SC Vistula – Patryk Klimala and the legends of the club – Wojciech Ziebowicz and John Kondratowicz.
It is also worth mentioning that our Over 40 team took a 3rd place trophy home. Overall – a great weekend!!!
