It is easy to overlook great things in life when you are overwhelmed in your daily activities, duties and regular chores. But once in a while something happens that makes you realize that what you do matters, that it makes other people happy and you can make a difference. Today was one of those days, when we got the note below from Belinda – Mom of one of our former players Gia. Please read the note and know that this is the essence of what we do and the ultimate reward:
I miss everyone and miss having her play for such a wonderful team. This year she needed to focus on her SATs and I respected that decision. Hopefully you will see us in the future. She loved playing for Vistula. Thank you for everything. Vistula has been one of the best experiences a parent could give a child. Regards, Belinda
